  • Acting for Penwith District Council to provide advice over development viability, funding and affordable housing provision in connection with a number of planning applications for housing schemes.

  • Acting for Bruton Knowles Chartered Surveyors on behalf of Birmingham City Council to provide advice re an appropriate level of affordable housing to be provided for a "land swap" arrangement for a City Centre site in Birmingham.
  • Ongoing advice to Torbay Council Development and Conservation Services (Development Control) department, in respect of affordable housing provision and development viability issues on a number of sites within Torbay.

  • Acting for Churchill Properties (SW) in the formulation and presentation of a detailed Viability Case in respect of a brownfield town centre regeneration site including listed mill buildings, contamination and flooding issues.

  • Negotiation of Section 106 agreements for affordable housing on behalf of developer clients in the South East and South West of England.
