Mediation between landowners / developers and local planning authorities to determin the appropriate amount and type of affordable housing to be provided as part of new housing development.

On behalf of local planning authority clients, to review developers "open book" financial information and to advise on development viability in affordable housing cases.

Working with developer clients to resolve financial viability issues on sites and, where appropriate, to present a Viability Case to a local planning authority.
- Advice on, and negotiation of, Section 106 agreements for development proposals.
