Related Projects:

  • A commission to bring forward a Torbay Council owned site for development, to include the innovative use of a Community based legal vehicle to achieve stakeholder "ownership" and ongoing participation.

  • Working with the Duchy of Cornwall, to bring forward and achieve planning consent for rural "exception" site in the Caradon District for affordable housing.

  • Working with Exeter City Council and the William Sutton Housing Group to facilitate the redevelopment of previously underutilised Council owned land at Shakespeare Road in Exeter.

  • Identifying and acquiring development opportunities for the William Sutton Housing Group.

  • Strategic development advice to the Exeter Housing Society.

  • Working with UK Detention Services and the National Probation Directorate to find, appraise and purchase sites to facilitate hostel development in selected locations.

  • Review of the development potential of Exeter City Council's landholdings to enhance Council owned sites to provide additional affordable housing, resulting in the development of a site at Shakespeare Avenue in Exeter, which has now started on site.

  • A review of the development potential of Torbay Council's landholdings, modelling a variety of funding scenarios using the value of the land and potential cross subsidy to maximise provision of affordable housing.

  • Acquisition of commercial premises on behalf of retained clients.
