In addition Hawkcrest is well versed in the negotiation of Section 106 Agreements for affordable housing, from both the developer and local authority perspective.  Hawkcrest also offer a development "troubleshooting" service to "kick start" or "unlock" projects at inception, or at either the pre/post planning stages.

We advise on all types of affordable housing, including social rented, shared ownership/shared equity, low cost open market and Key Worker accommodation, in order to determine the most effective mix and tenure split for your development.

Hawkcrest can advise on how best to procure social housing; via a Registered Social Landlord (RSL), through a Community Land Trust, or other management vehicle.
